Roxanne Perez qualified for the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match on the Sept. 21 episode of WWE Monday Night Raw. The Judgment Day member pinned IYO SKY in a triple threat that also included La Catalina, the AAA Reina de Reinas Champion. Perez won with Pop Rox.
Roxanne Perez Beats IYO SKY To Qualify For Money In The Bank
Perez’s win came against SKY, the woman who knocked her out of the Queen of the Ring tournament earlier this year. SKY eliminated Perez in the first round, then won the tournament to earn a Women’s World Championship match at SummerSlam. Liv Morgan retained the title against SKY at the event in Minneapolis, per the SummerSlam 2026 card.

After Giulia took Flair out of the match, the SmackDown star hit the Lash Extension on Giulia for the pinfall. Legend teams with Nia Jax as The Irresistible Forces, and the pair held the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship from Feb. 27 until WrestleMania 42 on April 18.
Legend was also part of the five-way ladder match on Night 2 of SummerSlam on Aug. 2 for the vacant interim WWE Women’s Championship. Chelsea Green won that match over Legend, Flair, Jade Cargill, and Tiffany Stratton. Green still holds the interim title while Rhea Ripley, the lineal champion, is out with a torn meniscus, according to Wikipedia.
The Women’s Money In The Bank Field

Sol Ruca earned the first spot on Sept. 7, followed by Lola Vice on Sept. 14 and Women’s United States Champion Jacy Jayne on the Sept. 18 SmackDown. Perez and Legend hold the other two places in the field.
The winner earns a contract for a championship match at any time within one year. Stephanie Vaquer is the current Women’s World Champion after beating Morgan at a live event in Santiago, Chile, on Sept. 12, per the list of champions. Becky Lynch served as the special guest referee for that match.
Roxanne Perez’s Road To A Second Ladder Match

The two-time NXT Women’s Champion joined The Judgment Day on June 30, 2025, according to Wikipedia. Perez missed time earlier this year after undergoing surgery in February to remove a benign mass. Before the main roster, she also held the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship with Cora Jade in 2022.
Both of Perez’s NXT Women’s Championship reigns came before the main roster. Perez held the title for 109 days starting in December 2022 and for 276 days starting in April 2024. The first reign ended on April 1, 2023, and the second ended on Jan. 7, 2025.

WWE picked Perez and Legend over former champions like SKY and Flair. The women’s field is built around rising stars, not established names. Sending that many young talents into one ladder match is a clear sign the company is looking ahead. Legend beating Flair and Giulia on the same night says plenty about where WWE sees her.
No one in the women’s ladder match stands out as the obvious favorite. Ruca, Vice, and Jayne are all hungry, but none of them brings the resume Perez does. The Judgment Day member has the momentum, the backing of her stable, and a ladder match already under her belt. A Money in the Bank win in New Orleans would kick off the breakout year for Roxanne Perez.
