Huskers adjusting water bottle policy

NEBRASKA (KCAU) — Due to the warm temperatures expected this weekend, college football teams are taking extra precautions to keep fans safe.
The Nebraska Huskers announced they will be changing their beverage policy.

Fans will now be allowed to bring one sealed bottle of water into Memorial Stadium. As always, Memorial Stadium allows people to bring in an empty water bottle for fans to refill at water fountains inside.
Officials said they encourage fans to have a plan in place to stay hydrated, and they plan to have medical staff readily available for anyone who may need it.
