Marist School (Georgia) senior Kate Harpring walked away from high school with a whole new list of accolades – two state titles, a Naismith Player of the Year award and the distinction of becoming Georgia’s all-time leading scorer.
But when Harpring looks back on her high school career, it’s not the awards that will stick with her; it’s the memories made with her teammates.

“We just have fun with each other on the court,” said Harpring. “We're always making jokes in practice or even in games sometimes. We'll be doing something that would just make us all laugh.”
The nation’s No. 1 player in the Class of 2026 by 247Sports, Harpring said the bond shared with her teammates made those championship moments even more special.
