Dak Prescott was one of my favorite QB fantasy bargains last summer, and Trevor Lawrence was one of my favorite bargains the two summers before that. This year, both are primed to exceed market expectations.

For Prescott, this year’s overall-77 / QB9 ADP makes sense at first glance. He was last year’s QB9 in points per game. But this includes Week 18, when he guided a run-heavy offense for half the game while primarily targeting backups.

Minus that contest, he netted 19.6 points per game, which would have made him the QB7, and only a stone’s throw from QB5. He’s a great bet to finish in the top 10 and a solid bet to finish in the top 7.

Meanwhile, Lawrence was the QB5 in points per game and has the benefit of throwing to probably the league’s deepest receiving corps. He has an overall-81 / QB10 ADP because the market doesn’t think last year is indicative of his true potential. I strongly disagree. Lawrence has elite upside; he always has. Now he has the coaching staff and surrounding personnel to help him reach his potential.

Finally, R.J. Harvey has a solid shot at comfortably outperforming his overall 82 /RB31 ADP. J.K. Dobbins and fourth-round rookie Jonah Coleman stand in his way, as well as Jaleel McLaughlin if you buy into his upside. Dobbins’ longtime durability woes shouldn’t be overlooked.

Harvey could start the year as the 1A, immediately putting him on track for top-30 production. He’s the best bet in this backfield, and that makes him a bargain.
