The founder of Kentucky Fried Chicken, now KFC, moved to the Lakeview area of the city in 1965.
He and wife Claudia lived there part of the year so he could oversee his Canadian franchises, and he was often seen wearing his signature white suit as he made appearances on this side of the border, according to Visit Mississauga .
