A clip of McGrady giving the 22-year-old the ultimate praise continues to circulate on X. It has almost 400,000 views. He made it clear that he believes no one matches what Wembanyama brings night in and night out.

“He’s the face of the league,” McGrady said. “That man is the best player on both ends of the court. No one in our game has the impact that Wemby has on the basketball court, I’m sorry.”

McGrady highlighted how the San Antonio Spurs superstar has impacted the game. He added that Wembanyama doesn’t need to win a title or MVPs to prove that he’s the best player in the NBA today.

Victor Wembanyama and the Spurs are ready for the NBA Finals
