Colorado landed arguably its most important 2027 commitment in four-star quarterback Andre Adams, which seems close to paying dividends.

Four-star wide receiver Jaiden Kelly-Murray was one of three players that Adams hoped to bring with him to Boulder. Kelly-Murray already has an official visit scheduled for June 19, but he announced Sunday that he will commit well before that date on May 25.
Kelly-Murray previously held a Crystal Ball prediction for Virginia Tech, but his recruitment has been leaning towards the Buffs since Adams' commitment. The four finalists are Colorado, Virginia Tech, Illinois and Wake Forest.
At this point, anything other than a Colorado commitment would be a major surprise.

Rivals ranks the Summerville, South Carolina native as the No. 193 overall player in the class of 2027, the No. 30 wide receiver and the No. 4 player from South Carolina.
Colorado inside wide receiver coach Rashad Rich recently paid a visit to Kelly-Murray, which could have closed the deal for the Buffs. A commitment for Kelly-Murray would mark CU's seventh 2027 commit and the first wide receiver to join the fold.
