‘Hunger Games’ actor Ethan Jamieson arrested for assault with intent to kill

The Hunger Games actor Ethan Jamieson has been accused of attacking three men with a handgun.
Jamieson, 27, was arrested on April 8 on three felony counts of assault after the alleged incident in North Carolina last month.

Jamieson played the boy tribute from District 4 in the first movie of the trilogy, which starred Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth and Woody Harrelson, and is based on the Suzanne Collins best-sellers.
Officers responded to a report of shots being fired at 9:52 p.m. on March 22, and discovered the alleged victim “who reported that an unknown suspect riding an e-bike had fired a shot at their vehicle while they were driving,” the Raleigh Police Department said in a statement to People magazine .
“During the course of the investigation, detectives identified Ethan Jamieson as the individual who discharged a single gunshot in the direction of the victims’ vehicle,” cops said.
The charges are in connection with his alleged use of a 9mm semi-automatic handgun to assault three men, identified only as E.F., J.M., and K.W. in the court documents obtained by the outlet.

Past run-ins with the law
It marks his second arrest in as many years.
Jamieson, who has also appeared in episodes of Justified and One Tree Hill , was arrested and charged with resisting arrest on March 21, according to separate court documents, per People .
He was sentenced for that offence only last month, on March 26 — four days after the recent alleged attack.
Jamieson was denied bail on April 9.
His disposition hearing is scheduled for April 30.
