One person is in hospital following a shooting in Etobicoke on Saturday afternoon.

Toronto Police said on social media emergency services responded to a shooting shortly before 4:30 p.m. in the Rathburn Rd. and The East Mall area.
Police said a male victim was found with gunshot wounds and was transported to hospital by an emergency run.
The East Mall was closed northbound at Rathburn Rd.
No further details were released by police as the investigation is ongoing.
