After limited usage in practice all week, Lamar Jackson himself actually revealed he’s battling a sprained ankle.
Jackson told reporters, including The Athletic’s Jeff Zrebiec, that he’s dealing with a high ankle sprain and that it would be a disservice to play if the swelling isn’t down and he’s immobile in the backfield. The Bengals, by the way, didn’t list any designations, meaning Jonathan Allen, Kyle Dugger and BJ Hill are good to go after appearing on the injury report earlier in the week.
