TCPalm Girls Athlete of the Week - Sept. 28-Oct. 3
Golf: Autumn Avilla, Lincoln Park Academy - The sophomore twice earned medalist honors, first carding a two-over-par 38 from the Pointe West Country Club before shooting a five-over-par 41 from the Saints at Port St. Lucie Golf Course.
Bowling: Ashlyn Belisle, Lincoln Park Academy - The freshman rolled a team-high games in a pair of Greyhounds wins. She posted a 216 against Port St. Lucie and had a 245 against Treasure Coast.
Golf: Katherine Breslin, South Fork - The senior earned medalist honors after shooting a two-over-par 38 during a meet against Lincoln Park Academy from the Hammock Creek Golf Club.
Volleyball: Ella Gravlee, Vero Beach - The senior totaled 24 kills, 12 digs and 11 aces during two Vero wins.
Golf: Eden Karam, Pine - The freshman earned medalist honors after shooting a two-over-par 38 during a meet against Jensen Beach from the Hobe Sound Golf Club.
Cross Country: Andi Laird, South Fork - The sophomore took first place at the South Fork Invite after crossing the finish line in 20 minutes, 19.2 seconds. Her victory helped the Bulldogs finish second overall.
Volleyball: Harper Register, Calvary Christian Academy - The eighth grader outside hitter totaled 45 kills and 18 aces to help the Panthers win 3 of 4 matches.
Swimming: Madison Swiss, John Carroll Catholic - During a St. Lucie County meet, the junior was victorious in four different events: 100-yard butterfly, 100 freestyle, 100-yard medley relay and 200 freestyle relay.
