Do you think the deal gets done? Chris Dudley: I am an optimist. I think it gets done. My biggest deal point, if we are going to do all this, (Dundon) cannot move the franchise. He has to be committed to Portland for at least the next 20 years. You want both sides to have that commitment. You don’t want to have these conversations every five years. That’s what bad franchises do. You don’t want anything but, “We are here to stay.”
