Carl Junction bests Marshfield in a barnburner for week 4

CARL JUNCTION, MO — The CJ Bulldogs looked to turn the beginning part of their season around against Marshfield in what turned out to be a high pace, and electric game.
Two long touchdown runs coming from both teams showed early that neither squad was willing to budge.

Carl Junction would draw blood first, curtesy of a touchdown pass connected from Burke Diskin to his receiver Bryant Hanks.
Marshfield would respond in kind, handing the ball off to Trent Rosenthal who would go for a long touchdown of his own as well.
Both teams would go blow for blow over all 48 minutes, the final scoreline reflecting that, with CJ taking the game 28-20.
The Bulldogs travel all the way to Branson next Friday while Marshfield plays Parkview for it's next matchup.
