McPherson’s kicks came from 20, 55, 58, and 32 yards. He became the first player in Bengals history to make multiple field goals from 55+yards in a game, and his 58-yarder tied for the fourth-longest kick in team history. That kick also came in the fourth quarter of a game the Bengals ultimately won by just six points.
McPherson has now made 123 career field goals, surpassing former kicker Horst Muhlmann (120) for fifth in Bengals history. Money Mac also extended his streak of made field goals to 16, dating back to Week 11 of last season. That marks the third-most consecutive field goals in team history, trailing 21 by former kicker Shayne Graham in 2007 and 17 by Graham from 2005-06.
This is McPherson’s fifth career AFC Special Teams Player of the Week award. He previously received the honor in Weeks 1 and 11 of the 2021 season, Week 4 of the 2022 campaign, and Week 13 of 2025.
