Tennessee's team captains for the Georgia Tech game were long snapper Bennett Brady, linebacker Arion Carter, tight end Ethan Davis and linebacker Jeremiah Telander.
Davis totaled two receptions for 26 yards and one touchdown. He was targeted four times.
Davis opened Tennessee's scoring for the second week in a row after he recorded a 25-yard touchdown reception from Faizon Brandon on the Vols' first offensive possession.
Carter tied Amare Campbell for Tennessee's leader for tackles with eight. He also had one pass breakup.
According to the University of Tennessee, through Carter's own charitable initiative, his efforts will contribute $3,416 in donations to Nashville, Tennessee-area cancer treatments at Sisters Network Nashville.
Telander recorded three tackles, 1.5 tackles for a loss, one sack and one interception.
