Georgia Tech head coach Brent Key discussed the Week 2 contest after the game.
"First, as always, thank the fans for coming out and supporting the team and always creating a great environment to play in here," Key said. "Congrats to Tennessee on a well-deserved win, Josh Heupel having his team prepared to play.
"A lot of things we talked about last last week, we addressed through the week this week. I did see improvement in those things, but I'm not going to, and you guys know me, I'm not going to walk up here and say we improved and try to find good things and all that, but you know, with our style of play in a lot of ways was how we wanted to be at Georgia Tech. Now, does that mean that we went out and played good enough to win the football game? No, because obviously we didn't."
