Giannis has reportedly purchased a huge non-waterfront property for $13.5 million in a suburban village just 11 miles (18 km) southwest of downtown Miami.

The 31-year-old has always been big on loyalty, so it would make sense if he doesn’t plan to change teams again for the rest of his NBA career.
His recent home purchase indicates just that, and The Real Deal reported the details of this latest acquisition.
“A company linked to the basketball superstar paid $13.5 million for a nearly 12,000-square-foot mansion in Pinecrest, property records show,” the report reads.
“The non-waterfront property has eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a media room, pool and Jacuzzi and guest house, according to the listing.”
Pinecrest is where a lot of big-name Miami athletes have lived in the past, including recent Heat stars like Jimmy Butler and Tyler Herro. Giannis seems to be settling in for the long haul.
