Lane Kiffin and Jayden Daniels were the subject of multiple signs. Daniels, a former LSU Heisman winning quarterback definitely rubbed fans the wrong way when he made a stink about the university letting players continue to wear his No. 5 jersey. One small child wearing the No. 5 jersey begged Daniels not to sue him because he was only 7-years-old. Another slightly older child took the safer route and put an asterisk on his sign celebrating College GameDay’s 500th episode.

Overall, LSU fans showed up to support Mike the Tiger in his mascot showdown. A similarly effective sign pointed to the difference between the two mascots with a Tinder meme format.

One fan wore a shirt and tie underneath a judge’s robe and carried a gavel. “Who wants a fifth year,” on it’s own wouldn’t have been that great, but when you consider the costume and the big topic of conversation surrounding college football right now, it’s very topical.
