Former Trojan safety makes bold claim about USC freshman receiver

The USC Trojans will have an explosive offense and a defense that should take it up a notch with Gary Patterson taking over as defensive coordinator. One area that could improve is the return game. That is where freshman Trent Mosley specializes.
In a recent tweet, the official account for the Big Ten Network highlighted Su’a Kristopher Cravens'bold claim about Mosley, the USC freshman receiver. Here is what he had to say:

"I have him as my Freshman of the Year."
The Trojans once had a dynamic threat in the return game in Adoree' Jackson. Jackson was dynamic on every level during his time with the Trojans. Cravens can bring back that excitement for the Trojans in the return game, and he can also be a weapon at times for the offense at receiver. In his senior season of high school, he had 7 punt returns for 83 yards, an 11.9 average on returns. Mosley will not be tasked with much as the Trojans have a deep set of weapons on offense, which creates opportunity for him to focus on being an elite return man in year 1. If he can unlock that for USC, that will only make the Trojans a more serious threat in the Big Ten.
