Saints 2026 training camp schedule: Dates, times, and open practices

We've officially reached the point of the NFL offseason where the buzz begins ramping up once again. Officially, the New Orleans Saints have reported for training camp. Introductory press conferences from head coach Kellen Moore and general manager Mickey Loomis highlight Day 1 of camp, and the team will hold its first practice on Wednesday, July 29.
The opening session will be closed off. Fans will still get several opportunities to watch the Saints prepare for the 2026 season. The Saints' official schedule includes eight open practices in Metairie, one at Tulane, and another in Oxnard, California.

Here is the complete schedule of practices open to fans (all times are CT):
- Thursday, July 30: 9-10:15 a.m. (Ochsner Sports Performance Center)
- Friday, July 31: 9-10:30 a.m. (Ochsner Sports Performance Center, Sold out)
- Sunday, Aug. 2: 9-10:30 a.m. (Ochsner Sports Performance Center)
- Monday, Aug. 3: 9-11 a.m. (Ochsner Sports Performance Center)
- Wednesday, Aug. 5: 9-11 a.m. (Ochsner Sports Performance Center)
- Saturday, Aug. 8: 9-10:30 a.m. (Ochsner Sports Performance Center)
- Sunday, Aug. 9: 9-11 a.m. (Ochsner Sports Performance Center)
- Thursday, Aug. 13: 9-11 a.m. Joint practice with the Jacksonville Jaguars (Ochsner Sports Performance Center)
- Saturday, Aug. 15: 3 p.m. — Preseason game vs. Jacksonville Jaguars (Caesars Superdome)
- Tuesday, Aug. 18: 4 p.m. — Joint practice with the Dallas Cowboys (Oxnard, Calif.)
- Saturday, Aug. 22: 3 p.m. — Preseason game at Los Angeles Rams (SoFi Stadium)
- Wednesday, Aug. 26: 7-8 p.m. — (Yulman Stadium at Tulane)
- Friday, Aug. 28: 7 p.m. — Preseason Game No. 2 at Dallas Cowboys (AT&T Stadium)
New Orleans will also hold a closed joint practice with the Rams on Aug. 20. As for the open practices, admission is free, but tickets must be reserved in advance here. According to the team's official website, the July 31, Aug. 2, Aug. 8, and Aug. 9 practices are already sold out.
