Former Springbok Jacques Potgieter has responded to calls for him to reunite with his ex, actress Angelique Gerber. The rugby player has told fans that he is still legally married to the mother of his three children, despite their high-profile split in 2022.
Jacques went on to date nail technician Lizane “Lalla” Wagner, whom her recently split from after four years of dating.

JACQUES POTGIETER AND EX REUNITE AGAIN
On his social media platform, Jacques Potgieter posted another picture of himself embracing his ex, Angelique Gerber.
The former couple appeared to be at a sports event for their eldest child, son Jacques Junior.
“Fun in the sun”, he captioned the post, set to the soundtrack of Bon Jovi’s It’s My Life.
Jacques used the hashtags “# happiness” and “#supporting”.
In the comments section, the former Springbok player liked comments from followers that commended the couple for reconciling after their high-profile split in 2022.
Jacques Potgieter’s last few posts have featured Angelique and their three children.
The rugby player – now a head coach for Centurion Rugby Club – split from his former partner, Lizane Wager, last month.
This followed a four-year relationship with the woman many have accused of being behind his marriage breakdown.
Speaking to an Afrikaans publication, Lizanne confirmed their break-up, adding that she was not the “other woman” in her ex’s marriage.
‘STILL MARRIED’
Meanwhile, Jacques Potgieter has claimed that he is still legally married to Anqeliwue Gerber.
When one follower commented, “You know you two can marry again”, Jacques responded, “We were never divorced”.
