However, it was Wembanyama who earned this honor. Upon seeing that, Knicks superfan Ben Stiller made sure to remind the Spurs fans of their NBA Finals failure.
The three-word tweet was a perfect response to noisy Spurs fans, who started making fun of Brunson and the Knicks after Wemby’s partnership with NBA 2K.
After all, the Knicks indeed won the 2026 NBA Finals in just five games, as the Spurs’ young core of stars failed to defend their lead multiple times throughout the series.
