It has been brewing for years.
Real American Freestyle (RAF) 11 went down tonight (Sat., July 18, 2026) inside UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and the post-fight press conference ended with absolute chaos.

In the main event, three-time former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Welterweight title challenger Colby Covington defeated Arman Tsarukyan to win the inaugural RAF Cruiserweight Crossover title (watch highlights). In the co-main event, former UFC Welterweight champion Belal Muhammad spoiled Ben Askren’s return to the wrestling mats (watch highlights).
Both winners later appeared at the RAF 11 post-fight press conference.
And eventually, things combusted.
Muhammad was at the podium first, and when asked what he thought about Covington’s match, “Remember the Name” did not exactly offer a glowing review.
“Colby sucks,” Muhammad said. “It’s like doing laundry. I’m not paying attention to that clown.”
Covington showed up roughly seven minutes into the press conference, and after giving Tsarukyan some praise, Muhammad immediately jumped in.
“You beat a Lightweight,” Muhammad said. “Why don’t you go against a Welterweight?”
Covington fired right back.
“You barely beat a dead guy,” Covington said, referring to Askren’s return after nearly dying and undergoing a double lung transplant. “This guy can only score on a dead guy and a gargoyle.”
That “gargoyle” shot appeared to be aimed at Muhammad’s wife, which obviously did not help things.
Not long after the back-and-forth started, RAF co-founder Chad Bronstein announced that Covington vs. Muhammad will serve as the co-main event of RAF 12.
When asked about the upcoming match, Covington called it easy money.
“This is going to be the easiest match I get in RAF,” Covington said. “I’m surprised they are going to give me a free win like that. Super exciting for me. Easy money.”
From there, the two kept bickering.
Muhammad accused Covington of running, while Covington called him a “cross-eyed dork” and an “ugly motherf—ker.” The questions continued, but Muhammad kept jumping in and trying to talk over Covington.
Eventually, “Chaos” snapped.
“Shut the f—k up before I smack the s—t out of you, b—ch,” Covington said.
Muhammad immediately responded.
“Step up,” Muhammad said. “Come here.”
Seconds later, Muhammad got out of his seat, charged toward Covington and kicked “Chaos” as he was standing up.
Security quickly rushed between them, separated both men and escorted them out of the press conference before things got even uglier.
So, yeah, RAF 12 already has some heat.
