Jeff Walz hires Roman Tubner to Louisville women's basketball staff

Louisville women's basketball has added its third assistant coach of the offseason with the hiring of former Tennessee assistant coach Roman Tubner, per sources. On3's Talia Goodman was the first to report the addition.

Tubner had been with the Lady Vols' program for two years before being fired in April. The Cardinals also announced that Joanna Bernabei-McNamee, who had been fired from Boston College, and former New Mexico head coach Mike Bradbury would be joining the staff in April.
