Success has been hard to come by for Florida State football since the program's undefeated regular season in 2023.
A 7-17 record in the past two seasons has put the Seminoles' program in a hole. Pressure is higher than ever on head coach Mike Norvell and his staff to get things right in 2026, and if not, there could be sweeping changes made in the program.

While the standard definition of success for FSU is competing for championships and high-profile recruiting classes, the Seminoles aren't currently in that position. Can they get back there? It's possible, but a lot needs to change, and fast.
