Reigns was able to defeat his cousin Fatu, forcing the Samoan Werewolf to recognize Reigns as the Tribal Chief. The Tribal Chief is the ruler of the pair's storied wrestling family who operate as The Bloodline on WWE programming.
"I've been taking L's my whole life, it ain't nothing new to me. Taking L's my whole life but I'm standing right here," Fatu said to Roman, who was joined by Bloodline members Jimmy and Jey Uso.
Fatu went on to say that he wanted his children to see him be a man by keeping his word, even after a loss.
"Roman, I acknowledge you!" Fatu then yelled before he got down on one knee and held out his hand to Roman.
"You won't understand this right now Jacob but I love you," Reigns said as grabbed Fatu's hand and picked him up.
Reigns, Fatu, Jimmy and Jey Uso then stood in the ring together and pointed to the sky, the Bloodline's signature pose.
