Bayern Munich winger Luis Díaz has just had a remarkable first season with the Bavarians, being a major focal point in Bayern’s attack during the season and lifting three trophies in his first year in Munich.
The Colombian recently spoke to ESPN Colombia (as captured by @iMiaSanMia) and reflected on a first season that seem to have exceeded even his own expectations. “I would describe it as spectacular, because for me it was a dream. Winning so many titles, winning three in the first season, is fantastic. You imagine many things when you arrive at a new club, you work for it, but when it happens, it truly fills you with pride, it fills you with joy, it gives you even more motivation to keep doing what you love, which is playing football, and to achieve many more,” Díaz said.

The Colombian also made it clear that he’s not done winning trophies yet, and that he will work hard to continue enjoying his career in Munich. “So, I’m incredibly happy. Now I’ll work even harder for what’s to come, which is also going to be very important,” he predicted.
