The San Francisco Giants are having a tough time this season. At 13-19, the Giants are last in the NL West, even behind the Colorado Rockies.

Things aren't going too well, and if things don't turn around soon, they might end up as sellers at the MLB trade deadline. If they do sell, there are some interesting players they could deal away.
One MLB executive predicted for MLB.com's Mark Feinsand that the $12 million infielder the Giants just signed this past offseason, Luis Arraez, would be dealt this season.
Giants predicted to trade Luis Arraez at deadline
"As part of our annual first-month executives poll, we asked 20 front-office members whom they believed would be the biggest name moved by the Aug. 3 Trade Deadline," Feinsand writes. "... Luis Arraez, Giants (1 vote)."
While Arraez received just one vote, that lone vote is still noteworthy. If an MLB executive is predicting that Arraez could be on the move, there is a seemingly real chance he's dealt this year.
The Giants own a poor record this season, and if things don't get better by the deadline, trading away Arraez at the deadline might not be the worst decision.

He's only under contract for the 2026 season, so the Giants might be able to find a contender in need of help at second base who could acquire Arraez for a decent return.
While the 29-year-old won't bring back a huge return for the Giants, as rentals go, he'd be a great one for a contender. He's hitting .303 this season and has actually been playing some great defense at second base.
This MLB executive is predicting Arraez could be dealt at the trade deadline this year, and with how bad the Giants have been, it's not out of the realm of possibility that he'll be on a new team come the beginning of August.
