The 2026 NFL draft has just wrapped up, but let's take a brief look ahead to the 2027 NFL draft, specifically how many draft picks the Jacksonville Jaguars are projected to have.

After not having a first-round pick in this year's draft, the Jaguars will be on the clock in Round 1 of the 2027 draft.
In total, the Jaguars are currently scheduled to have seven picks -- one in each round. However, Over the Cap is projecting that the Jaguars gain an additional three selections through compensatory picks, with Devin Lloyd, Travis Etienne, and Greg Newsome signing elsewhere in free agency this offseason, giving Jacksonville 10 picks in total.
These projected compensatory picks were a key factor behind what was a quiet free agency period for the Jaguars, as GM James Gladstone explained.
The general consensus is that the 2027 draft class is going to be quite strong.
