Edmond Memorial alum Sean Pedulla named G League Rookie of the Year

LA Clippers two-way guard Sean Pedulla was named the 2026 G League Rookie of the Year for his play with the Rip City Remix and San Diego Clippers.

Pedulla averaged 20.3 points, 5.5 assists, 4.1 rebounds and 1.5 steals while shooting 44.4% from the field in 42 games this season, including six with the Clippers. He ranked 13th in the G League in total scoring (852) and 23rd in field goals (283).

The 23-year-old Edmond Memorial alum registered eight 30-point performances, including a career-high 46 points, seven assists and five rebounds on Feb. 7 with the Remix. He also dished out a career-high 18 assists on Feb. 9, tied for the fourth-most in a game this season in the G League.

Pedulla was a third-team All-SEC selection last year as a senior at Ole Miss, averaging 15.4 points, 3.8 assists, 3.5 rebounds and 1.9 steals on 39.2% shooting from 3-point range. He knocked down 87 3-pointers, the eighth-most in a single season in program history.

The 6-foot-1 Oklahoma native signed an Exhibit 10 contract with the Portland Trail Blazers after going undrafted. He was waived after training camp and began the year with the Remix before signing a two-way contract with the Clippers on Feb. 19.

Pedulla has logged four appearances with the Clippers, totaling 13 points, four assists and two rebounds in 23 minutes. He recorded a season-high six points on March 11.
