The No. 11 Auburn Tigers are on the road Tuesday, battling a challenging nonconference foe in the No. 3 Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets at Ross Chandler Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.
Tuesday's game in Atlanta is a rematch of the game played March 17 at Plainsman Park, a game where Auburn crushed the Yellow Jackets, 9-2. The top of the lineup was vital for the Tigers as the combination of Chris Rembert, Chase Fralick, and Bub Terrell went 7-for-13 with four RBI in the win. Andreas Alvarez struck out a season-best 10 in the game.

However, Alvarez's usual midweek start is being bumped in favor of Christian Chatterton. Chatterton struck out four batters and allowed just one hit in two innings of relief in Auburn's first meeting with Georgia Tech this season.
Georgia Tech will also go with a new pitcher on Tuesday. The Yellow Jackets will go with freshman left-hander Cooper Underwood, who will be making his fifth start of the season. In five overall appearances, Underwood has 10 strikeouts with seven walks allowed and an ERA of 6.97. Underwood has not made a start since March 8 and has not appeared in a game since the March 14 game at Clemson, where he gave up a double to the lone batter he faced.
