Lesnar appeared on the widely-popular Barstool Sports podcast Spittin’ Chiclets this week. During the episode, the WWE legend breaks down the trademark tattoo and why he decided to get it permanently placed on his chest.

“I got that tattoo, I was s***-faced drunk in Scottsdale [Arizona],” Lesnar told the Spittin’ Chiclets podcast. “I was in Scottsdale, training for the NFL, had just gotten in a motorcycle accident.”

It’s clear that Lesnar’s fierce attitude has escalated over his career because of the tattoo. However, Lesnar admits that the day he got it was a complete accident.

John Cena fights Brock Lesnar on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, during WWE WrestlePalooza.

Lesnar could have another huge WrestleMania matchup next month if WWE decides to use him during its massive two-night event in Las Vegas. The popular wrestler first began competing in pro wrestling over two decades ago.
