Trailing 5-1 after six innings, TCU evened the score in the top of the seventh, where Colton Griffin laced an RBI single up the middle before Strosnider launched a three-run homer to right-center field. A walk, a hit batter and a fielder’s choice grounder allowed the Horned Frogs to tally three runs and surge ahead 8-5 in the eighth inning.
