The New York Giants and Tennessee Titans could find themselves in a battle over at least one free agent this offseason.
That free agent is wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson, who Spotrac projects will land a four-year, $70.5 million deal in free agency.
According to SNY's Connor Hughes, the Titans are interested in Robinson, and he adds that the feeling is mutual from the veteran wideout.
However, Hughes notes that the Giants are not going to allow Robinson to leave without a fight, which sets the stage for a New York-Nashville bidding war for Robinson.
"While the Titans are very high on free-agent WR Wan'Dale Robinson, and there is mutual interest, the Giants will not go down quietly during the legal tampering period," Hughes reported. "Tennessee will have to outbid New York if they want the slot wideout who caught 92 passes for 1,014 yards with 4 TDs."
While we figured the Giants had at least some interest in bringing Robinson, back, it is a bit surprising to see they are this hellbent on keeping him.
It's true Robinson had a career year in 2025, but that was the first time he came close to sniffing that kind of production. Adding to that, he did it while Malik Nabers was injured.
That said, the Giants do need help at wide receiver, as the team is currently slated to have a top two of Nabers and Darius Slayton if Robinson doesn't re-sign.
The Titans are in a worse boat than the Giants at wide receiver. Tennessee sports Calvin Ridley and a bunch of unproven players.
If there is any team equipped to outbid the Giants, it's the Titans, who sport the second-most cap space in the NFL at $93.8 million.
The Giants, meanwhile, have just $9.7 million, which could present a problem if the dollars start flying out of Nashville.
